The new Autosenior single filter equipment with tank is the solution to the low flows used in the industrial sector.<\/p>\n

The physical filtration through discs is performed by, retaining the suspended solids in water into the channels due to a high security disc structure. Its mechanisms are perfectly synchronized to deal with the cleaning works, that guarantees the water won\u2019t be contaminated. It allows the perfect automation of the system and a reduced head loss. Besides, it makes possible to use compressed air to guide the manoeuvres.
\nOn the other hand, it stands out because it has just a few components,something that makes easier the assembly and the taking apart works. Furthermore, it resists to the hardest chemical and physical agents.<\/p>\n

About materials, the filter body is made in glass fiber reinforced polyamide, manifolds can be made in high quality carbon steel (treated with Nanotechnology) or polyethylene; joints are made in synthetic rubber nitrile 60\u00ba Shore; for screws, we use stainless steel AISI 316; and finally, the tank is made in carbon steel treated with Nanotechnology.<\/p>\n

The automatic disc filter Autosenior can be used many possibilities about the filtration degree: 20 \u00b5m green disc,\u00a0 50 \u00b5m blue disc,\u00a0 130 \u00b5m yellow disc, 190 \u00b5m red disc (standard disc) and\u00a0 250 \u00b5m brown disc.<\/p>\n

Cleaning of the equipment is performed by a counter flow and the discs separation each other at high-speed rotation. The combination of these two effects produces the dirt detachment, assisted by the incidence of tangential high-pressure water jets directed to the filtration surface. The station performs at a maximum pressure of 8 kg\/cm\u00b2, minimum pressure of 1 kg\/cm\u00b2, minimum cleaning pressure of 2,5 kg\/cm\u00b2 and the testing pressure is 12 kg\/cm\u00b2.<\/p>\n
