Il s&rsquo;agit du plan d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement hydro-agricole, de mise en \u0153uvre de l&rsquo;irrigation technicis\u00e9e et de l&rsquo;agriculture durable dans la zone agricole de Marrakech, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans la province de Ouelad Said. Les travaux de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude compl\u00e8te consistent en la prestation, le transport et l&rsquo;installation de mat\u00e9riel de syst\u00e8mes de filtration, y compris d&rsquo;autres travaux d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif consiste \u00e0 approvisionner en eau une surface nette de 2 980 hectares au moyen d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de filtration automatique \u00e0 tamis ayant un d\u00e9bit total de 16.740 m3\/h et dont le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement d&rsquo;eau provient d&rsquo;un r\u00e9servoir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lama lance son offre de la main d\u2019un de ses clients, qui finalement la gagne. En comptant celui-ci, nous avons remport\u00e9 35 syst\u00e8mes de filtration dans ce pays. Notre \u00e9quipe d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieurs con\u00e7oit une solution de filtration constitu\u00e9e d&rsquo;un ensemble de 35 filtres automatiques \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 tamis Automesh Lama<\/strong>. L\u2019installation de cet \u00e9quipement \u00e9norme, permet \u00e0 plus de 2.700 agriculteurs de faire un maximum d\u2019\u00e9conomies d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p>Le lancement de ce projet qui vient de commencer, a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9server les ressources en eau de la r\u00e9gion et \u00e0 augmenter le rendement de ses terres. Les principales cultures \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper sont celles des melons, des olives et des oranges.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les caract\u00e9ristiques techniques de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, elles peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9sum\u00e9es comme suit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une surface de filtration nette minimale de 225 520 cm2.<\/li>\n<li>Une pression nominale en PN10.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments du syst\u00e8me de filtration, tels que les collecteurs, devront r\u00e9sister \u00e0 une pression nominale en PN10, ceux-ci ayant un diam\u00e8tre de 1.600 mm.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50\/100 ppm d&rsquo;eau brute.<\/li>\n<li>Des cartouches de filtration de 125 microns.<\/li>\n<li>La formation technique du personnel responsable de la conception et aussi, les essais r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en laboratoire de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de filtration \u00e0 l&rsquo;usine de Lama avant sa mise en service.<\/li>\n<li>La documentation technique compos\u00e9e, entre autres, par les dessins et les certificats des produits \u00e0 installer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_4459\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4459\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4459\" src=\"http:\/\/lama.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Lama-proyecto-Ouelad-Said-2-300x161.jpg\" alt=\"Lama-proyecto-Ouelad-Said\" width=\"300\" height=\"161\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lama.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Lama-proyecto-Ouelad-Said-2-300x161.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lama.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Lama-proyecto-Ouelad-Said-2-1024x551.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lama.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Lama-proyecto-Ouelad-Said-2-1536x826.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/lama.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Lama-proyecto-Ouelad-Said-2-2048x1101.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/lama.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Lama-proyecto-Ouelad-Said-2-700x376.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-4459\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lama projet Ouelad Said<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Notre Automesh Lama a la capacit\u00e9 de filtrer 540 m3\/h, de sorte que 32 de ces filtres ont un d\u00e9bit total de 17.280 m3\/h. Notre filtre \u00e9lectrique automatique \u00e0 tamis a un corps en acier au carbone, avec un traitement bas\u00e9 sur la Nanotechnologie. La cartouche filtrante est en polyamide, la maille \u00e9tant en acier inoxydable AISI 316 et inject\u00e9e directement dans la cartouche \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;injection.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, il est le seul filtre sur le march\u00e9 qui, lors de la phase de nettoyage, se dispense du mouvement de translation axiale caract\u00e9ristique d\u2019autres syst\u00e8mes.
