(hereinafter, the LAMA Companies) offer on the website www.lama.es, among other things, an extensive catalog of filtration systems (hereinafter, the Products), where users (hereinafter, the Users) who require a state-of-the-art filtration system with the highest quality and customization offered by LAMA, whether for industrial or irrigation purposes, can purchase the Products. Although a wide catalog of Products is presented to the User, to purchase the Products from the LAMA Companies, they must go to the online store accessible through www.lamastore.es.

Users

LAMA Companies process the personal data of their Users in accordance with what is established in their Cookie Policy. The processing of the data carried out based on the consent given by the User may be freely revoked whenever the User deems it appropriate, without this affecting their rights concerning LAMA.

Clients

LAMA Companies process your personal data to manage the contractual and/or commercial relationship between the LAMA Companies and their clients, as well as to provide you with the necessary login credentials to access the Client area of our purchasing portal www.lamastore.es and to place orders as deemed appropriate. In other words, we process the data to manage the order placed by the Client and its delivery.

Additionally, LAMA Companies may send their Clients commercial communications via electronic means to keep them informed of the latest offers and news at LAMA Companies.

The purposes described above will be legitimized based on the following legal grounds:

LAMA Companies process the data you provide to manage the commercial and/or contractual relationship, as well as to maintain the necessary relationships for the execution of said contractual relationship (delivery of products and/or provision of contracted services and all necessary management related thereto).

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the contract you sign for the provision of services and/or supply of products to LAMA Companies by the Supplier or to apply pre-contractual measures at their request. Additionally, LAMA Companies will process the data of individuals, sole proprietors, or freelancers that are necessary for the object of the Service Contract, processing only the minimum data required for their professional location and solely for the purpose of maintaining the relationship concerning the contract signed with the legal entity where the data subject provides their services, based on legitimate interest.

Commercial Delegates

LAMA Companies carry out part of their commercial activity for the sale of their products and services through an indirect sales force consisting of commercial delegates established in various international locations with whom they enter into the corresponding contracts. It is the intention of the LAMA Companies that their commercial delegates benefit from this sale, and for this purpose, the data provided will be processed for the primary purpose for which they were collected, namely, the development of the contractual relationship with the Commercial Delegates. Data Communication

In the case of Clients, data may be communicated to certain insurance entities responsible for guaranteeing payment of the order.

Notwithstanding the above, LAMA Companies inform you that your data may be communicated to third parties providing services to the entity, in their capacity as processors, to allow the functioning of the web page or to carry out the established purposes. These services provided by third parties are necessary for the development of LAMA Companies’ activity and their provision has been regulated in a contract, not allowing them to use the information for other purposes or to transfer it to third parties.

The data provided by Candidates and Suppliers will not be transferred to third parties, unless legally required or unless the transfer is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract signed with the Controller.

Data Retention Period

LAMA Companies will retain your data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and while the relationship with the Data Controller is maintained. The data will also be kept as long as you do not request its deletion. However, the data may be retained for the time necessary to determine any liabilities that may arise from a relationship or for the Controller’s compliance with other legal obligations.

For the purposes of sending commercial communications to Clients, your data will be processed until the deletion of your data is requested.

For Candidates, the retention period will be the duration of the selection process or the time necessary to decide on your application, for a maximum of one year from the time it was submitted. After this period, the data will be securely deleted to ensure the confidentiality of the information provided.

For Contacts, the retention period will be the time necessary to process and respond to your request for information.

For Suppliers and Commercial Delegates, your data will be kept for as long as the contractual relationship is maintained or once concluded, for the time necessary to fulfill the legal obligations required of the Controller.

Your Rights
