Access to and/or use of this portal of FERNANDO LAMA S.L.U. attributes the status of USER, and said USER accepts the General Conditions of Use set out herein from the moment of said access and/or use. The foregoing Conditions shall apply irrespective of the General Conditions of Procurement which may be mandatory.
- USE OF THE PORTAL
WWW.LAMA.ES provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “contents”) on the Internet and which belong to FERNANDO LAMA S.L.U. or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER accepts responsibility for use of the portal. Said responsibility extends to the registration necessary to access certain services or contents. In said registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing true and legitimate information. As a result of this registration, the USER shall be given a password for which he or she shall be responsible, pledging to make diligent and confidential use of the same. - DATA PROTECTION
FERNANDO LAMA S.L.U. complies with the guidelines laid down in Data Protection General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, on the 27th April 2016, which approves the implementing regulations of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at any given time. To that end, together with each form for which personal data must be given, in those services that the user may request from lama@lama.es, this party shall inform the user of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for processing their data in each case. FERNANDO LAMA, S.L.U. by itself or as an assignee, owns all rights to the intellectual and industrial property of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (for merely illustrative purposes: images, sound, audio, video, software or texts, trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), belonging to FERNANDO LAMA S.L.U. or to its licensors.

- GENERAL INFORMATION
FERNANDO LAMA S.L.U. shall pursue breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal, duly exercising the corresponding civil and criminal actions to which it may be legally entitled.
- MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION

- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between FERNANDO LAMA S.L.U. and the USER shall be governed by prevailing Spanish legislation and any disputes shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Seville.
